Every item in our shop is lovingly handmade, which means no two pieces are ever exactly the same—that’s the magic of handmade! Because of this, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If your piece arrives damaged on its journey to you, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@renicrafts.com. We’ll do everything we can to make it right—whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund (in rare cases).
